Got this from my best friend. Simple ingredients but takes time to prepare. The results is super duper yummy. At least to my tastebud. Do try it and give your review ok.
This is the recipe:
Untuk Ayam-
Ayam 1 ekor (potong potong 8) Direbus selama 10 min. Tos kan. Air tadi jgn dibuang dulu. Bleh simpan for soup and tuk masak nasi.
Bahan2 utk dikisar:
Jintan Manis 1/2 sudu besar Jintan Putih 1/2 sudu besar Biji Ketumbar 3 sudu besar Serbuk Kari Ayam 1 sudu besar Serbuk Kunyit 1 sudu besar Serbuk Lada Putih 1/2 sudu besar Bawang putih 3 ulas Halia 1cm Air sikit
Kalau nk sedap lagi, jintan ngan ketumbar disangar dulu kasi bau dia naik, baru kisar. Tapi kalau tak nak pun takpe. Lepas da kisar, tambah
Garam 1 sudu kecil
Dah siap pes ni, lumur kat ayam yg dah potong tadi, perap overnite, kalau ada lebih pes, simpan, leh goreng tempe ngan taufu... Bila nak goreng, golek2 kan atas tepung beras sikit, jadi crispy

Untuk sambal-
Goreng dengan minyak sikit (pan fry lah):
Cili merah 20 batang (tambah kalau nk lagi pedas) Cili padi 10 biji Bawang kecil 10 biji, hiris Bawang putih 3 biji, hiris Tomato 5 biji, potong 4 Belacan About 5 cm Ikan Bilis 2 sudu
Ikan bilis di goreng sampai crispy. Lepas tu goreng belacan. Dah angkat, masukkan bawang merah n bawang putih, hiris halus2 dan masukkan cili. Bila dah layu, masukkan tomato. Semua ni pakai minyak yg same. Sejukkan sebelum blend pakai food processor ataupun tumbuk (Jgn halus sangat, kasar2 sikit, ada texture)
Then masukkan dlm periuk to heat it up, and add
Garam Rasa dulu, pasal belacan dah ada, mayb you don need to add too much salt Gula Melaka Abt 2-3 tablespoons (according to taste)
U can do this the night before, so u can taste, n keep in the fridge. Nak pakai, juz heat up
U can add daun salad, tomato, timun n ulam2 on the side

Untuk Nasi-
Boleh pakai paste Nasi Ayam yg dah siap brand Woh Hup Juz follow the instructions on the bottle, masak macam nasi biasa, Boleh pakai beras biasa atau beras Basmati Serai 1 btg, dititik Daun pandan 3 helai, cuci, ikat

Soup-
Rebusan ayam tadi jangan dibuang. Clear up the minyak yg timbul tu until u get a clear soup. Add pepper Daun sop/ Daun bwg/ Pepper
